Hey guys, I know it has been a while since I have published a new blog post. It has been a super hectic few months. To be honest, I think hectic is an understatement, but I am back! As you may or may not know I have finally released my beauty book Insta-Glam which is finally available both online and in stores!
The past week has given me a little extra free time to really evaluate why I constantly kept going around in a toxic circle when it came to my health and fitness. I always seem to go on a diet prior to an upcoming occasion hence why it has never been permanent as I stop trying when I reach my goal for that particular occasion. But I am tired of taking this approach, so I have made a set of goals for myself to follow, without being too restrictive on myself.
I have always felt like all my motivation and energy meant nothing if I didn’t start to see results in a short space of time, I was hungry for a change but far from patient. Plastered all over the gym walls are a reminder that it takes at least four weeks (of consistency obvs) for you to see results, eight weeks for your friends and family to notice a change in your body & twelve weeks for the rest of the world.
Consistency is key, and I won’t give up this time because I don’t want an occasional or seasonal change, I want a permanent and lifestyle change. Periodttttttttt.
