What have I been up to in lockdown?

Since being in lockdown, I’ve definitely developed a sweet tooth and I can confirm all these Tik Tok baking and cooking videos have really not helped but on the plus side, I’ve started to enjoy baking!!! I’m not an expert but this is something I’ve enjoyed learning to do and if anyone asks what I’ve been up to during this time at home, this is it.

These homemade cookies taste so chewy and soft that I can’t imagine ever buying cookies ever again. With this recipe I made 18 cookies and made the most out of my cookie dough by creating three different types of cookies: the classic chocolate chip, white chocolate and macadamia nut (I literally used to inhale these every time I went to subway, OBSESSED!) and an all-time favourite, TRIPLE CHOCOLATE, which sounds like diabetes but on a cheat day this really is a pick me up even though every day in lockdown has felt like a cheat day.

I’ll list below all the ingredients you need to make 3 different types of cookies in one go so you can make the most out of your cookie mixture and satisfy all your cravings in one go!



Now you have all your ingredients, it’s time to start prepping your cookies. For this recipe, you’ll only need 3 bowls, a baking tray, a plastic spatula, AND a sweet tooth. Make sure you preheat your oven to 180C and let’s get baking!
